He performed and/or recorded with Glen Campbell, Johnny Cash, Kenny Rogers, Flying Burrito Bros, The, Los Lobos, Elvis Costello, Jerry Garcia, Billy Joel, Stevie Nicks and Michael McDonald, among many others.
