This is a great song that features some polyrhythmic patterns and contrasting feels and sections. The opening groove has a kick pattern (3 against 4 polyrhythm) with some really great placed snare stabs that really make that part flow into a really fun groove. There is some big open beats through the second part of this song which I could not help myself really laying into my cymbals.....i like doing that... a lot!!! haha

I also didn't hit everything note for note but tried to stick relatively close to the original part.. After playing Meshuggah's 'The Demon's Name is Surveillance' the day before this, I HAD to add some sextuplets on the feet in this piece as well.... I also like playing sextuplets....

I didn't use triggers, sound replace or alter my original drums in any way other than doing my best to mix and pull a good sound. Hope you all enjoy as much as I have! Feel free to contact me on facebook with any questions (link below).
