With the opening blare on the album starting off with the all-too-familiar guitar feedback reminiscent of a vague Entombed-ish trademark, it is easy to tell "What Lies Beyond" is heavily laced with the murderous HM-2 destruction and with absolutely no mercy. Loud, fast and brash Swedish Chainsaw Death Metal made to perfection!

Recorded, mixed and mastered by Ulf Blomberg at HoboRec Studios (Exhale, Inevitable End, Grace.Will.Fall, We Are The Damned, etc) and featuring the very revealing and macabre illustrations of the renowned eccentric artist Ragnar Persson.
