Refurbishing rusty wire wheels

I've tried several promising cleaning products and tools to refurbish my rusty wire wheels but no one came up to my expectations.
I've established that there is only one way that gives the best results: The hard way!
This is not the easiest or fastest way but after the job is done your wheels will be good as new!
You don't need any cleaning products, just a drill and dremel, wire brushes, steel wool, cleaning pads and some cheap "homemade" tools.
Bear in mind, it's not a quick job, you easily do one day per wheel.
To protect your hard labour, give the wheels a layer of clear coat afterwards.
