PHONOLULU "Hollywood Superstar"

A debut release on Cellaa Zoo for the up'n coming Essen producer Trio, Phonolulu. Olli, Marc and Daniel have been involved in Various electronic Music Projects since the 90's before teaming for their recent Project in 2005.

The EP's Title Track "Hollywood Superstar" is a beautifully crafted techno throbber, using a simple effective kickdrum and echoing synths to create a deep and deadly groove. With its tricky arrangement and detail-rich Production the track showcases that these guys are anything but Rookies.

"Midnight Train" - Its rought sound and vocal are merged into a sandstorm of energy, that cause major waves on all dancefloors. The groove is framed by its rolling percussions and bassline. Soft pads and nicely placed FXs makes the ambience of this track particular and personal.... pure musical passion.

"Qualia Row Feels" is built upon strong rhythms. Featuring solid drums and a pulsating bassline, the lead marimbas and melody work together perfectly to create a dancefloor smash. This is peak hour madness that can drive the Dancers wild with its sleek musical sophistication.

Together the Trio have created a wonderfully diverse EP for Cellaa Zoo.
