The Anemony
This tune is from the 8th note section of the method. It's an easy tune with a nice groove for you to lock into! I use it as a warm up. Gets the blood flowing. Allows me to get into locking with the track. Make sure to follow the bass variations with the Bass Drum. ( See Inner Clock theory section for more info)
You will notice that you are playing along with a programed drum track here. The goal is to lock in very tight and make the programmed drums disappear. Sounding almost like a trigger instead of programmed drums. The tighter you are with the track the stronger the effect. So get in the pocket and keep it simple. Remember your main task! Nice groove, steady time! See the Title? The "Ane-money" -- Play simple... make the money. :-D
