'Optical Sound' by Vibravoid - originally by The Human Expression - Video
PUBLISHED:  Sep 26, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Germany's leading psychedelic rock band are back on Fruits de Mer, with three new mixes of great covers, all mixes appearing on vinyl for the first time:

Colour Your Mind (originaly by Tyrnaround)
La Poupee Qui Fait Non (Michel Polnareff)
Optical Sounds (Human Expression)

Vibravoid need no introduction to long-serving Fruits de Mer fans - responsible for some of the finest and rarest of the singles released on the label back in 2008-2010, the band now have their own record label (Stoned Karma) and a brilliant reputation for their live shows, which are seriously psychedelic experiences (just check out the youtube videos).
So it's a bit of a coup that they're back on Fruits de Mer with a three-track 7" EP that features three great covers, previously only available on CD, and all remixed exclusively for this release.
Add in colour vinyl and a gatefold sleeve designed by frontman Christian Koch, and you've just got to get a copy.

this is an excerpt from 'Optical Sound' (originally by The Human Expression)
The Human Expression were Los Angeles based and issued just three 45's during their short lifetime (1966-1967.) It's claimed they acted as support group to Love, The Doors and most probably The Seeds. Their second single was an ethereal psychedelic rock track called 'Optical Sound', where the singer was collecting his thoughts after a bad LSD experience.
