The Requiem by Fauré was recorded live in the Royal Concertgebouw, Amsterdam in May 2014 using the second version from 1893 for solo violin, viola, cello, double bass, horn, timpani, harp and organ. The organ part was performed on the famous Concertgebouw organ ‘Maarschalkerweerd’.
