DESCRIPTION:
In anticipation of representing Les Roches Marbella at the 2015 Young Chef Olympiad in Calcutta, India, Marcin Maliczowski (BBA International Hotel Management) introduced himself to the world with a short video message about his passion for culinary arts. Marcin, despite being a hotel management major and only having one semester of experience in culinary arts training, shocked the culinary world with his creative cooking style. Among contestants from around the world, Marcin took 1st runner up at this prestigious international competition that was held in Calcutta, India from January 27th to 31st.
