Andre Feriante: Poet of the Guitar - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jul 16, 2015
DESCRIPTION:
Andre Feriante reveals the story behind his music, his inspirations, instruments, and insights.

Andre Feriante was stirred by the Spanish guitar at the young age of 13. His many influences come from his time in Rome where he experienced a plethora of engaging local sounds of the Flamingo, Segovia, Chnalakin and the blues guitar. This environment catapulted his musical and spiritual journey.

Andre drew inspiration from the moon, translated his energy into poetry, canvas and then song. During his shows he has no agenda; what he decides to play comes organically, combining his energy with the audience. His instruments are not just props but characters in his performance, tying in the audience for a deeper experience of human empathy and compassion.
