The NTOUMOS project was born in London in 2001. The concept at its heart is to bring musicians from the international jazz scene together with the universe of hip hop, electro and jungle and create a sound as diverse, vivid and compelling as the city around them.
As a young jazz musician NTOUMOS was already tuned in to his own generation's interests - so rappers and DJs playing in live bands were as natural to him as guitarists and drummers + BASS and he mixes these elements with a producer's skill.
Ntoumos has played in many different formations from Taditional fanfare street music, Rock ,Hip Hop , and Jazz.
Ntoumos is a trumpet player that adores World Music, cultural and musical fusion, travels and encounters…
He already has 4 albums to his credit since 2002 under his name NTOUMOS
