Tejas is a singer-songwriter who has been writing music ever since he fell in love with this one girl, then she dumped him and so he just continued writing. That was in 2007. It took him 3 years to realise that he should probably do something with the music and so he started playing live. His music is acoustic pop, mostly cause he's influenced by really nice big melodies and hooks, and also because he can't find a band. Still he continues playing solo, speaking his heart out and writes about cats, stationary and girls. He now lives in Mumbai.

In June 2012 he played at the Bandstand Revival Mumbai at Dadar Chowpatty and his song 'Evidance' was featured on the 6th edition of the Indian Independent Artist compilation - Stupiditties 666. He also played the October 2012 edition of the acclaimed indie event 'Live from the Console' at Mehboob Studios, Mumbai. He was also nominated in the top 3 for the Toto Award for Music 2013 and received the special jury commendation.
