Kerri Chandler's Madhouse Records returns this June with a three-track EP from Nacho Marco, entitled 'You Got To Know'.

Valencia's Nacho Marco has been involved in electronic music since the tail end of the last decade, dropping material via the likes of Freerange, Plastic City, Ovum and of course his own Loudeast Records. Here we see Nacho join the Madhouse Records roster following output of late from established and rising house producers such as Tony Lionni and Voyeur.

Opening up the single is title track 'You Got To Know', a rugged drum-led cut fuelled by loose, organic percussion, bumpy sub-bass tones and sweeping atmospherics. In true Madhouse fashion the cut embraces a retro house feel with diva vocals, stabbing chords and rising pads to kick things off brilliantly.

Following is 'Time', which takes on a contrasting approach, pulling back on the percussive elements and bringing jazzy Rhodes, bright synths, dubbed-out vocals and elongated strings into the mix to create a stunning early-hours composition. The package is then rounded off with 'Middays', a fitting title for the closing cut with its smooth daytime vibe, here we see Nacho blend evolving chord progressions, processed vocal snippets and chuggy low-end bass into a classic deep house formation, perfectly fitting for the impending summer days.
