Mustang Lightning - Green Onions (Booker T & the MGs), ???, That Same Thing (Willie Dixon) - Skylark Lounge, Denver, CO - June 18, 2010 - the band here is Phil Deville (guitar) in the middle, Aaron Swilley (guitar), Lance Bakemeyer (bass), Tim Thies (drums). I haven't identified the middle section of this medley.
Phil Deville began Mustang Lightning in Denver but then moved the band to New Orleans and later Texas.

Deville has been recording a new album in Denver this Spring and he and his colleagues put this show together as a sort of 20th anniversary celebration of Mustang Lightning.
