Nicewon Recordings out of Minneapolis, USA dropped their first release NCWN01- Mpls Connection' back in April. That first release featured some signature midwest flavor, from Label bosses Christian James and Jeff Swiff. NCWN01 was noted for it's variation on feeling that effectively captures several moments in time, on dancefloors over the world. As we cruise into the summer months, NCWN friend from across the pond, has stepped up to lay some sultry sass on the Christian James cut - 'R U Kidding Me'. Trepid's remix takes advantage of the soulful elements in the track all while playing on the jazzy undertones by lacing his remix with that In the Cut' feel, that we all love so much. Trepid is a careful curator when it comes to his content and we all reap the rewards. He has a stellar collection of work that can be found on Sinnmusik / Noise Revolt / It's Deep & House Message.
