Clik-47 has a style like no other group in the industry today; however if Clik-47s style had to be labeled, it would be classified as a rap & hip hop gumbo comprised of that Midwestern flavor, a dash of both coasts, combined with a little bit of that dirty south taste, wrapped into one unique, distinctive style.
Clik-47 came about in Elkhart, Indiana in the early 90s with as many as thirty solo artists that have come and gone with time. Through the trials and tribulations of the game only the top three dominant artists remain, Steve Money P Parks (Age 25), Roger NTrepid Higgins (Age 26), and Joe J-Loonitic Mackey (Age 27). Each artist posses their own individual style that compliments one another, picks up where the other leaves off and meshes together nicely to define the true meaning of the word entertainment. Each one of Clik-47s members has been in the game for ten years or better, and their talents consist of writing, performing and producing some of the hottest tracks heard by many.
Clik-47 has been featured on many compilations, released countless solo projects and five group projects. Their group albums catalog consists of, Straight from the C.O.E., Domino, C.O.E. Mafia, We Here and Fully Loaded. Four out of the five albums listed sold 13,000 to 19,000 copies a piece, by way of local music stores, mom and pop stores and out of trunk sells. However, Fully Loaded was distributed nationally, by way of Power Records based in Atlanta Georgia, and sold well over 25,000 copies before the fold of the label.
For the last ten years Clik-47 has been heating up the radio air-waves locally and stages across the country, with a high energy stage show that ranks second to none. Clik-47 has opened up for many hot artists such as Juvenile, 8-Ball & MJG, Twista, Digital Underground, Tony Yayo, Tela, Ginuwine, Case, Danny Boy, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Too Short, Dem Franchise Boys, Do or Die, Jurassic 5, Johnny P, 3-6 Mafia, Project Pat, The Ying Yang Twinz, Pitbull, Bun-B, Whodini, Chubb Rock, Lil Wayne, Ice T, The Young Bloodz and many more to come.
This group has been on a long journey trying to reach the top and has been very patient in doing so.
