MonoPlain - All American Anti Pop ROck :) We call it Bølleriff's :)

It all started out in a small Studio in 2001. Morten Husted [bass] and Henrik Thrane [Guitar, Voc], got the ideer of whats known as Monoplain. We wanted to write our own songs, we never got too it though, until later that summer. We didnt finish any of our recordings at that point, but in the early months of 2004, we started getting our act together, as a band. Lars Olrik [drums] joined up the same year, hes was really banging the shit out off these old gretch drums, and it was just what we where looking for. The name Monoplain fell into place, and ever since, we have been working pretty hard Writing, Arranging and Recording the songs. We picked out three tracks for a demo called Now In Stereo, the music is recorded live in the Studio to catch the nerve and the groove, only the vocals are recorded afterwards. This way the old school inspiration really stands out in the Preproduction + demo CD. We also made a Music Video for The Circle, and theres still more to come, we love it. Now were ready to rock with +20 new songs, and were still writing new material getting the Right Groove and the true Monoplain Sound. There really is no way past this, if youre into Psychedelic Guitar, WahWah-fuzzing Bass and smashing drums.The mission is to Riff apart the world.
