The atmospheric rock band Deathstrip formed in Silverlake California early in 2013 from the ashes of a number of underground local groups. After establishing themselves with a series of live radio sessions, Deathstrip debuted with the EP Sex With Ghosts, a tense, moody set produced in Downtown Los Angeles.

The first single, "Bleed With Me", exemplifies the dark and complex musical style which features mystical qualities, punk influences and extensive vamping.

In spring 2013, Deathstrip will be recording their first full length album to be released early 2014.
