SPL's resident mad scientist Jim Roese once again is sharing his love and knowledge of Midas AES50 I/O with the SPL community. Rather than posting one video on DAW integration and another on Waves Multi-Rack on Midas digital, Jim decided that since many of the points in both videos would be redundant to the other, he would just do one longer video covering it all. For those of you that know Jim, 12 minutes is a blink of an eye in his normal conversations so for those of you who don't, consider this short! This video shows that now in 2013, AES50 communication between Midas digital and computer software is not only finally affordable, but portable at the same time.
