DESCRIPTION:
After seven cool episodes, Terraz Jazz finally held its first Special Edition featuring international stars and some local heroes with international reputation.

Jazzuality.com and the Festival Citylink are proud to be able to invite and import a very admired French musician and artist, Hadrien Feraud. Feraud

is still considerably young, yet he has played with who's who in the jazz world including Chick Corea and John McLaughlin. He visited Indonesia for

his first-ever Indonesian Tour Debut, and played in Bandung only at Terraz Jazz. He's accompanied by the native Balinese jazz pianist Erik Sondhy

(nickname: Mr Fingers), the 18 year-old prodigy Yandi Andaputra on drums and his girlfriend Nicole Gonzalez, a jazz singer from Los Angeles, USA.

Other than this interesting pack, a famous fusion band who shines not only in their own homeland but also in Russia, Indro Hardjodikoro and the

Fingers is also in the headlines. The band came in complete formation including Indro Hardjodikoro and Fajar Adi Nugroho (basses), Yandi Andaputra

(drums) and Andy Gomez (piano). They served complete madness for an hour and got the crowd hysterical.

Out of 7 served well as the opening band. They played just 3 songs but managed to show their most recent improvements after having a new bassist.

Erick Gabe (vocal), Widiyanto Sutanto (keyboard), Marissa Wiguna (drums), Daniel Christy (guitar) and Reinhard Woran (bass) made us all ready to sail

into the magical jazz-fusion land.

How often do you see stars like them performing not in an expensive, exclusive concert but penetrating the public places, most specifically the food

court of a mall for free? It happened right here, we did it. As a result, we gained full-house crowd who happily showed their appreciation by cheering

out loud and giving out thunderous applauses.

TERRAZ JAZZ is a regular twice a month community event made by Festival Citylink and Jazzuality.com that holds the theme of Jazz Edutainment. Our goal

is to support the regeneration of jazz musicians, finding potential talents and unique band formats by providing space for them to perform live. On

the other hand, we also wish the showcase and jam sessions would give a good jazz entertainment to jazz lovers in Bandung. Fun Jazzin', Fun Jammin',

Fun Learnin' is the tagline.
