This is a small low-tech sound comparison between the legendary BOSS-HM2 heavy metal pedal and the Behringer HM300 heavy metal pedal. I apoligize for my poor english since I'm from Sweden but I hope you understood what I was talking about :)

Gear: ES-86 guitar with bareknuckle pickups and my Peavey Vypyr 30 amp.

The reason why I don't use the maximum capacity on the ''level'' knob is because you don't have to. If you have it on full capacity you will only have a fuckload of annoying feedback noise. You know that ear-splitting, high-pitched tinnitus sound that you normally get when you have too much gain... AND I HATE THAT SOUND!!!

Conclusion: The BOSS HM-2 is still my favourite pedal when it comes to raw death metal distortion but the BEHRINGER is a perfect option if you can't find a BOSS pedal. Hope you enjoyed this video!
