From 1994 onwards, Evolution was the biggest promoter of events for the over 14's in the UK. Each and every event was a sell out with the biggest drum and bass, jungle, happy hardcore and techno dj's representing for the younger generation. Juiceman and Hooligan were both residents from the start and played a big part in the promotion of the nights.

Evolution grew and grew up to around Evolution 22 when the rise of Sony's Playstation and the original crowd growing up and attending over 18's events such as Helter Skelter etc.

I cant quite remember the last Evolution at The Sanctuary I worked at but soon after Mel & Dave moved the event to Peterborough in conjunction with Vinyl 2 U although this only lasted for 2 events.
