The title track, Jacque, lays down a staccato beat that is heavy on the high toms. The first acid is just a straight groovy riff that builds up and down throughout the track. The second acid line really accentuates what the 303 was intended for - BASSLINES and this bassline, in its elegance, still manages to be hard and driving. Slippy drops a really smooth and chord progression intro. The drum line is just as active as Jacque but with more lower toms. The acid line on this track is aggressive and as soon as it comes in, it begins to build almost to a relentless peak. The aggressive 303 line coupled with the smooth chord progression really gives this track contrast that will be relevant at all times on the dance floor.
