On 25 January 2009, Mama Loo will release their new single Superman. It's the first single from Orange Heart, the third album by Mama Loo, which will be released this spring. The second track on the single, Smell, is also on the new album.
Superman, written and produced by Edwin de Herder, is a driving, moody rock song about the magical effects of a sparkling princess on a small boy.
Superman has the typical Mama Loo sound, with enthusiastic play of seasoned musicians, a rich arrangement and eloquent lyrics. Superman, like the other songs on the album, was recorded and mixed in the Skipper Studio.
