Bewildered our hero awakes on the shores of an eerie island, the stones call outward without speech. Their somber chorus lulls him into an astral state of slumber. In this heightened purgatory like trance an ominous Gloom hangs over head as the keeper of the forth stone rears its head from the shadows. Mormo The watcher of midnights rune fully emerged emits a message to the traveler. Face your deepest nightmares to receive the stone Of Midnight, with a nod of confirmation and no worry of the creatures heed, Mormo deconstructs and begins melting into a disfigured puddle. From this puddle rises true impurity, as the new mass visualizes into this realm it's form is clear. The corpse of his son lay before him wrapped in the arms of abomination. Faced with his greatest tribulation the choice becomes clear, no more fear as he absolves the child by marriage of steel. As he conquers this trial he is thrown back into reality, his eyes open to the sting of the ocean and the site of the stone in his hand. Without recourse, he heads to the center of the island.
