Lucibel Crater - Holy, Then, Now - Berlin Live - Video
PUBLISHED:  Mar 16, 2009
DESCRIPTION:
Lucibel Crater, (cello and voice) Lucibel Crater, (laptop, keyboards, live looping and continuum fingerboard) and Lucibel Crater (drums) play at The RAW Temple in Berlin.

Lyrics by Clint Smith.

This place was a blast. Our hosts (The PRUNX) were friendly and provided us with nice food and a warm welcome and an enthusiastic crowd. They remained friendly even after we tripped their circuit breaker about 5 times during sound check. And then they provided us with this video.

They are often being hassled by their landlord. You can always go by their websites and see what the current situation is, and lend support if need be.

That's cello through a line 6 xt live with a realist pickup for those who are interested. And the continuum is what the live bassline is being played on. Mooger fooger ring modulation (bought AT the Moog factory in Asheville) on Lounge Lizard session and all live looping in this track done in ableton live. In case you really wanted to know.

Actually this track was originally named holy because of that addiditive resynthesis loop, which was done before I started working with kyma, and was actually made in metasynth. As if anyone remembers or knows what THAT is.
