DESCRIPTION:
In a version reduced for solo guitar , Luciano Fleming plays his "Concertino for Guitar and Orchestra" at a time(1991) when it was still a work in progress. He uses in it some Brazilian MidWest folk oriented themes. For a more "convincent" sonority,he employs at the guitar an alternate tuning named 'cebolão", which is very used in the ten(actually, five) strings viola caipira , a typical instrument of the above cited Brazilian region. At the end of the video, he explains a little about his philosophical point of view in the music field, and ends playing his piece "Sabine", that uses the regular guitar tuning.
