DESCRIPTION:
They knew Al Queda cells were in America one year before 9/11, and were calling Osama Bin Laden weekly, yet they weren't targeting them.

There are American born American citizens that these same groups were harassing with electronic harassment before and around 9/11, yet they were letting these Al Queda people do whatever, and not even harassing them. It's an outrage, and just goes to show that these intelligence groups are really up to no good at all, they're stirring people up that are up to nothing, and then they're letting things happen when someone is up to something.
