So I had another chance to play on a Yamaha grand piano, AAAANND ON A STEINWAY D OHMERGERD

Sadly, I only had about 10 minutes on the Steinway, but it's soooo good to play on. The sound was amazingly CRISP and LOUD, and the pedal control was amazing. The touch, like fucking butter, pardon the French.

I wanted to record something, so my friend who hooked me up with the Steinway (thanks man!), also hooked me up with a Yamaha C7. I had my friend record some organ music, I'll post it on my facebook later if anyone is interested.

It wasn't as good as the Steinway, the Yamaha's action was really slow and not as responsive, the bass is really muddy compared to the Steinway, (I feel disconnected with the Yamaha actually), but it was good for training as I am really not used to playing on the grand piano.

I had issues with Yamaha's pedal actually, it was very difficult to judge if the pedal is off the strings... you can see I lifted my foot up off the pedal too much around 2:31 when I hit the left hand A octave, and it sounded disconnected

A question for my subscribers (or just viewers): Would you be ok if I signed up for adsense? I heard that you can be a partner now even when covering copyrighted songs, so it's possible. Would you be annoyed by the ads, or would you be ok with it? Of course, it will support my playing and I might get a better camera, or a better microphone to record on the grand piano. Thoughts?
