LILEA NARRATIVE

Repéré en 2006 au festival Nördik Impakt, programmé en 2007 aux Transmusicales de Rennes et sélectionné Découverte 2008 du Printemps de Bourges, Liléa Narrative s’est rapidement imposé sur la scène électro hip hop française avec « Nouvelle Chair », premier album unanimement salué, et une centaine de concerts en France et en Europe.
Avec « Echantillodrome », il confirme ses talents de producteur exigent et curieux. Liléa Narrative insuffle fraîcheur et énergie à ses mélodies et constructions rythmiques soignées. Acteur d’un électro hip hop vivant et inspiré, il rafraîchit le genre avec une science du break, du cut, du scratch et de la mélodie qui fait toute sa singularité.
« Echantillodrome », résolument hip hop dans ses sonorités et son utilisation percutante du scratch, sans délaisser l'électro dans son travail rythmique, compte des featuring de choix : le prolifique et non moins surdoué Napoléon Maddox (fondateur du groupe IsWhat!? de Cincinnati et du projet Phat Jam avec Archie Shepp) et Perseph One, MC de Houston, ayant notamment partagé la scène avec Aesop Rock ou encore C-Rayz Walz.



Lilea Narrative was first noticed at the 2006 edition of the Nordik Impakt Festival, then in 2007 at the Transmusicales Rennes Festival and was selected as new talent in the 2008 Printemps de Bourges Festival.The critics were uninamous in acclaiming the first album "nouvelle chair" (new flesh) rapidly giving Lilea Narrative a place of choice on the electro hip-hop scene and more than a hundred concerts throughout western and eastern europe.
The new album "echantillodrome" confirms Lilea Narrative's skills as an deamnding and open producer, injecting freshness and energy into his precise rhythmic and melodic constrcutions. He performs electro hip hop in inspired and lifefull way and adds some freshness to the style with his ability for breaks, cuts, scratches and melodies which his music stand out.
The overall sound and percussive use of scratching clearly make "echantillodrome" a hip-hop album, but the rythmical work gives also a strong electronic vibe to the album which includes powerful featurings : Napoleon maddox (prolific and yet brilliant founder of the band "Is What?" (Cincinnati) and of the "Phat Jam" project with Archie Shepp) Perseph One (A houston-based MC who shared stages with bands like Aesop rock or C-Rayz Walz).
