Hear the Lion roar, it’s time to play!

This is a super charged, fiery New Moon with the New Moon in Leo conjunct Mars and the Sun/ Moon/Mars conjunction squaring Uranus in Aries. Wow, get set for sparks to fly!

Uranus in Aries, in the zone with Eris in Aries, is all about rampant individualism breaking through! And with the square to warring Mars in effect we can expect to be surprised, stunned, shocked, inspired, activated, catalysed, triggered, broken open, re-made and vitalised by the actions of others and most interestingly by our own.

Yes, break downs, breakthroughs, leaps of faith in consciousness and radically changing worldviews are all on the cards. And with it, it will be an especially good time to practice being in presence (witness consciousness) and to not take the actions of others or ourselves personally and simply witness ourselves in the flow of the chaos.

And with all these planets in Leo, including Mercury in Leo conjunct the North Node in Leo, ‘The Divine’ is seeking expression through us! Yes, we are starting to get the picture that we don’t make life happen from our ego’s- try as we might and suffer as we do. And that all that stuff we’ve been taught or have absorbed through the culture, is mostly trite, distracting us from realising our true light, true power and our true magnificence.

Every human being is a child of the Divine and every human act is an aspect of divine consciousness. In this way, Divine Consciousness is the Music and we are the musical instruments being played. Our job is to merge with ‘Divine Consciousness’ and see ourselves, through the eyes of God and to realise ‘that’ as it truly is- brilliant, shining and joyous.

With the Grand Fire trine happening between Eris (conjunct Uranus) in Aries, Saturn Retrograde in Sagittarius and the North Node in Leo we are breaking through the limitations of our cultural programming and pursuing in earnest the truth of who we really are. While Saturn is retrograding till late August, this is a wonderful time to focus on ‘un-learning’ and re-imagining who we are as human beings.

This is a massively existential time with Neptune in Pisces sub-toning ‘the awakening’. We are called to go beyond the ‘ego’ and take the notion of ‘I’ with a grain of salt, for indeed we are much greater than all that we have become identified with and if we can rise above it all and come home to the Divine within, then we can start to beat down this machine in front of us that would have us enslaved and destroy us all.
