Bob who had fled Jamaica (late76) from crazy gunman´s shooting at him , a few days after the Smile Jamaica Concert with included a lot of Lee Perry "Original" tunes like Rat Race , War , Smile Jamaica , New Soul Rebel , Keep on Moving , Jah live and lots of more tune , how where all made in 75 , along with the Martha Velez album Bob prod with Scratch (not black ark) most Harry J studio

At that time a Brittish Punk band , called The Clash contacted Perry , they wanted him to prod there new album , after have heard and made a cover of Junior Murvins Police and Thives.

Perry went to London to slow down the drug using punk band (he say) :) ) and prod tune for The Clash and says the tune Punky Regge Party comes from that period aswell as the Exodus album and Perry mixes original versions like Waiting In Vain , Jamming , Keep On Moving , Exodus, Kaya , Easy Skanking , Sun Is Shining for example.


Lee Scratch Perry was haning out with Marley in London (exodus and Kaya album) and on the London Tour like "Rainbow Theatre" in the summer of 1977. Rainbow County may come from that concert??

At that time guys like Paul Mcartney (Beatles)his sister Linda , Johnny Rotten (Sex Pistols) Robert Palmer and Simpley Red all travel to Jamaica to record with Scratch in the Black Ark.
