DESCRIPTION:
Another shimmering star from the Italian cast. Luca creates a very good Mercutio (no wonder he's become some sort of idol, driving girls crazy), even if I feel a little sorry for the other excellent actors he obscured with his eccentric performance. Even though I don't consider him the best artist of the Italian cast, keep in mind this is my favourite song (actually, my very favourite song would be "j'ai peur", but for the Italian version I'm forced to exclude it, since it's really aweful -.-").
His live performance of this song is a little different from the studio one in terms of attitude. In the studio version (which I used merely for a matter of sound quality), Luca reminds a lot of John Eyzen, while in the live he worked out his own interpretation of the song (and generally the character), turning his Mercutio from mad to crazy (in the video you can hear him laughing, while in the live video he isn't).
Personally, I really like his live performance, even though in this song he sounds a little robotic, to me. If you get the chance, watch his live. It's worth ^-^
