Kolektif Istanbul a la Franga // Beyaz Yunus aka Oum le Dauphin Blanc

Live @ Babylon Studio, winter 2014

In 1971, the famous french composer Michel Legrand recorded the original soundtrack for the cartoon "Zoom the White Dolphin" (Oum le Dauphin Blanc), then it became popular in many countries including Bulgaria... there the famous gypsy musician Ivo Papazov re-arranged the song in 9/8 rhythm, and used to play it during traditional weddings! So we just decided to mix both of them!

1971 yılında, ünlü Fransız besteci Michel Legrand "Oum le Dauphin Blanc" (Beyaz Yunus Oum) adlı bir çizgi filmin müziklerini besteledi. Neredeyse tüm dünyada yayınlanan bu çizgi film Bulgaristan'da da popüler olunca Ivo Papasov 9/8'lik versiyonunu düğünlerde çalmaya başladı. Biz de bu iki versiyonu birleştirdik
