Kodac aka M80

Riding the wave of a successful FREE DOWNLOAD of the "Blessed By A Broken Heart" EP, Kodac aka M80 found himself amongst great company as he traveled around the US to promote the album. With successful shows at SXSW (Austin, TX), A3C Hip Hop Festival (Atlanta, GA), 2010 CMJ Music Conference (New York, New York), and getting a great break in Boston, MA as he held his own at a show with Homeboy Sandman, and XXL top ten freshman, Blu. Rave reviews from each only went to show that this artist is in it to make a point. With the new material, and a new show set, catered to the crowd, Kodac's shows have brought a heightened energy to shows that has been noticed.
With two of the songs from the album being leaked onto the Bluminati: Blind Fury Mixtape by
Blue Raspberry (WU-Tang), hosted by DJ Ron G,
he found himself in a great position to end 2010, and begin 2011. With a heighten awareness and quite a few collaborations in the workings, we can look forward to more from Kodac aka M80.
"Blessed By A Broken Heart" is set to be released in March and will be followed by the "We ALL Have A Gift"
Children's book series.

"Blessed By A Broken Heart" is a tale of young LOVE, and finding the strength to carry on in its presence or absence. In an intimate encounter with the reality of love gained and loved lost, the topic of LOVE is universal and explored individually on various levels. Whether its a job, a relationship, or a goal you set in life, its "An Experience" we all will have success and failure in. The ability to survive those trails will lead to us being "Blessed By A Broken Heart"
