Nataly’s Corner in a smooth soulful groove with brothers Kendall and Kelvis Duffie known to their fans and music peers as Kloud 9. Absolutely smooth R&B with a touch of soulful jazz is how I would describe their style and that seems to be the essence and flow of their music. Musician, composer, and Producer Paul Hardcastle is a huge fan of Kloud 9’s music and often plays some of their tracks on his broadcasted radio program in the U.K., which is how I was introduced to their music. The Duffie brothers are vocalist, arrangers, and songwriters who started out musically at an early age and started their career arranging, writing, and performing with gospel, having opened for gospel group “Take Six” and the iconic duo “BeBe and CeCe Winans”. Anything that Kloud 9 produces is set as “soul gems”. The album “Enjoy the Ride” was released in 2008 and the sultry soulful track “I’m calling You” features some very heavy hitters such as guitar accompaniment by Tom Hemby and singers Brian McKnight, Stephanie Mills, as well as Bebe and Cece Winans.
