K.K. Rampage are by far the most prolific noise pop performers of this decade. Their current catalog contains over 200 songs written in a 4 year period. Formed in 2004 by Johnny Rampage and Brandon Bordenkircher, K.K. Rampage went through numerous lineup changes before finally adding the wickedly brutal and bizarre drum stylings of Ben Fairbanks. Despite their many hiatus',break-ups, and lack of support from the Chicago music scene, they continue this obsessive song writing process as a duo. In their free time they work in their other group, the new wave pop orientated band, DEAD GODS. Dead Gods 1st 5 song EP features Josh from Mahjongg on drums, Bobby Conn on guest vocals, and Jim Magas (Couch, Lake of Dracula) on arp. If diligence does not pay off, then hopefully charity will. As of now, the only person willing to help them book shows is Weasel Walter a true music legend. K.K.
