Kinobe & Soul Beat Africa perform at the Lotus World Music & Arts Festival http://lotusfest.org/ Kinobe (pronounced "chih-NO-bey") Herbert plays Ugandan roots music in both traditional and contemporary ways — electric guitar and keyboard are right at home on stage with koras and African percussion. Kinobe started playing music at the age of five; by the time he was 10 he was performing internationally. He is a multi-instrumentalist, a singer, a songwriter, and an insrument maker.
