Die von den begeisterten Medien als Star-Pianistin bezeichnete Komponistin und Singer-Songwriterin YOUNEE aus Südkorea, beweist auch mit ihrem zweiten Album ‚MY PIANO’ eindrucksvoll, dass sie zu den Innovativsten gehört! Waren für ihr Bestseller-Charts stürmendes deutsches Debut-Album ‚Jugendstil’ noch Mozart, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff und andere ‚Klassiker’ für sie Inspiration, so zündet YOUNEE auf ihrem neuen Album mit atemberaubender Fingerfertigkeit und elf Eigenkompositionen ein brillantes Feuerwerk zwischen Furioso und Pianissimo, nimmt den Hörer mit auf eine hochemotionale Reise in eine neue Welt der Klaviermusik. Beide Titel, von Younee arrangiert, wurden live beim Schleswig Holstein Musik Festival aufgenommen, im Juli 2014 in Kiel, bei ihrem ersten offiziellen Konzert in Deutschland. Des Weiteren findet sich auf der Bonus-CD ein neues, spontan improvisiertes Piano-Stück, welches im November 2015 während eines Solo-Konzertes in den Ansbacher Kammerspielen live aufgenommen wurde: ‚Wednesday Night Improvisation’ zeigt eindrucksvoll Spontanität und Leidenschaft der Künstlerin.

With her second album “MY PIANO”, South Korean Composer and singer/songwriter YOUNEE, who has been lauded as a star pianist by the enthusiastic media, proves once again that she indeed ranks among the finest!
For “Jugendstil”, her German debut album which had taken the bestseller-charts by storm, she had still relied on the “classics” such as Mozart, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff and others for inspiration, but on her new album YOUNEE lights impressive fireworks of eleven of her very own compositions, of breathtaking dexterity and technique ranging from furioso to pianissimo and taking the listener along on a highly emotional journey and into a new world of piano music.
Until the final note, everything happens intuitively, spontaneously, unexpectedly, without ever drifting off into the realms of kitsch or virtuosity for virtuosity’s sake.

The bonus-CD contains, among oteres, two vocal recording, Younee's special gift to her audience: 'Auf Flügeln des Gesanges (on wings of song)', from Heinrich Heine 's "Buch der Lieder (Book of Songs)", set to music by Felix Mendelssohn, and "Hello Hello", an equally emotional and lively song composed by Younee which displays the full range of her vocal qualities. Both songs, arranged by Younee, have been recorded live at the Schleswig Holstein Music Festival. That was in July of 2014 in Kiel during her first official concert in Germany.
Furthermore, the Bonus-CD contains a new piano piece, improvised spontaneously, which has been recorded live during a solo-concert in the Ansbach Kammerspiele: 'Wednesday Night Improvisation ' is an impressive show of the artist's spontaneity and passion.
