DESCRIPTION:
Jennifer Merendino passed away from metastatic breast cancer on December 22, 2011. The cancer didn't care if she was young, or beautiful, or if she'd just been married to the love of her life. She fought with courage and grace, but in the end, it took her. Her husband took these photographs in the months before she died and they stand as testament to the battle she waged, with Angelo, friends and family by her side. These haunting images moved me to make this video as tribute to a love enduring and a life well-lived.
