Werner karloff is an artist located in Mexico City, his music is based on influences from styles of the decade of the 80s as the coldwave, synthwave, post punk, new wave and synth minimal, most important influence comes from the German scene 80 more commonly known as NDW by its German acronym, groups like stratis, andi arroganti, keine ahnung, palais schaumburg among others, his work is also strongly influenced by Italian futurism and German exprecionism, the idea of machine and man, life in the city, the speed and the cold and gray landscapes of industrial zones
