John Farias

John and One Good Eye has just completed a new CD. The new CD called "Dont Tread On Me" is being done entirely for charity. "Dont Tread On Me" is a hard grooving Rock album with some fiery guitar work and emotive vocals. And it's 100% done all for charity to support our service men and women especially our wounded troops. 


Singer, songwriter and guitarist John Farias known for his blazing and soulful guitars, along with clever lyrics, expands on the style for which he is known. Teaming up with his group One Good Eye (Scott McGinnis, Drums—Steven Brar, Bass), Farias is completely passionate about his country and preserving Freedom. Having hosted numerous charity concerts for a variety of foundations from Cystic Fibrosis to the American Cancer Society, John decided it was important to give back to our armed forces who help keep us Free everyday by their personal sacrifices. 


The new DTOM record provides thoughtful lyrics about Freedom and Liberty and why our country is so great (despite some present day division / turmoil). And this is all done in a rockin' CD. John also decided to put a voice-over of the Declaration of Independence on the album. John, himself, has found it to be a great educational tool--as hearing the Declaration over and over again allows for it to be more easily memorized and reminds us to where and how we were founded as a country. One of the greatest documents written by man, the Declaration of Independence should be known and understood by all. 


All proceeds from "Don't Tread On Me" are going to raise money for armed forces charities. Please help us raise the money needed to thank and support our Troops and assist those who help our Wounded Warriors by buying the album, mp3s and passing on the information and link to others.


With the generosity of all of you and our sponsors, we have been able to send past CDs to our Troops serving overseas in the war on terrorism (and serving in general) to thank them for their service.
