In this interview done during the Jazz Cruise in 2016, drummer Johnathan Blake talks about coming to NYC from his hometown of Philadelphia and about his relationship with jazz legend Elvin Jones. Blake was performing on the cruise with the Kenny Barron Trio and the Three Cohens.
