DESCRIPTION:
This is a video of Jeffrey Jones playing a solo from his book "Groovology: The Study of Double Bass Drum Grooves". This solo was filmed at the Drummers for Jesus festival in Dallas, Texas in 2006.

Jeffrey is the drummer for the jazz fusion group Primal Swing. He is an active clinician/endorser for Sonor Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Vater Drumsticks, and Zomac Publications. He has written Groovology: The Study of Double Bass Drum Grooves, Groovology: The Study of Basic Drum Set Grooves, and Groovology: The Study of Jazz and Latin Grooves. He is also the Director of the Oklahoma Chapter of Drummers for Jesus.
