Nainon ki mat maaniyon re nainon ke mat suniyo (2)
Don't pay any attention to eyes, don't listen to them
Nainon ki mat suniyo re Naina thag lenge...
Eyes will cheat you
Naina thag lenge, thag lenge, naina thag lenge (2)
Jagte jaadu phoonkenge re, jagte jagte jaadu
They'll mesmerize you while you're awake
Jagte jaadu phoonkenge re neenden banjar kardenge
They'll mesmerize you while awake and destroy your sleep
Naina thag lenge...
Naina thang lenge thag lenge, naina thag lenge (2)
Nainon ki mat maaniyon re
Bhala manda dekhen na paraya na saga re
Eyes don't differentiate between good and bad, loved ones and strangers
Nainon ko toh dhasne ka chaska laga re
They just love to sting
Nainon ka zaher nasheela re (4)
Their poison is intoxicating
Badalon mein satrangiyaan boyen bhor talak barsaaven
Eyes show you rainbows in clouds which rain till morning
Badalon mein satrangiyaan boyen, naina baanvara kardenge
They'll show you rainbows and drive you mad
Naina thag lenge...
Naina thang lenge thag lenge, naina thag lenge (3)
Naina raat ko chalte chalte swargon mein lejaven
Eyes will take you to heaven at night
Megh malhar ke sapne beejen, hariyali dikhlaven
Show you dreams of rain filled clouds and greenery
Nainon ki jubaan pe bharosa nahin aata
Don't believe the word of eyes
Likhat padat na raseed na khata
There's no record, no receipt, no letter to attest what they promise
Saari baat havayi re, saari baat havayi
All their words are blown in the wind
Bin badal barsaven saavan, saavan bin barsaton
They can bring rain without clouds
Bin badal barsaven saavan, naina baanvara kardenge
They'll bring rain without clouds, they'll drive you mad
Naina thag lenge...
Naina thang lenge, thag lenge, naina thag lenge
Nainon ki mat maaniyon re nainon ke mat suniyo
Nainon ki mat suniyo re Naina thag lenge...
Jagte jaadu phoonkenge re, jagte jagte jaadu
Jagte jaadu phoonkenge re neenden banjar kardenge
Naina thag lenge... Naina thang lenge, thag lenge, naina thag lenge (4)
