Revolutionary & Rootical , Politically Powerful, Socially Conscious and Spiritually Poignant , Reggae, Psychedelic, Dub, Dub, Dub, Where a performance is more like a birth and the Lush sounds of an old Nyabingi Groundation keep the eternal heartbeat underneath cosmic jams led by Dj RasJah D and the Mother/Daughter Kaseaopia who founded and are,, the I YAHN I of their Arkestra.
Consisting of anywhere from 5 to 8 members, I Yahn I Arkestra was founded by independent artists Kaseaopia and Jah D, who have spent their lives in Livication of Wholistic living, Love of Humanity, and the study of Healing through earth traditions and ancient cultures.
Always Independent, self recorded ,and self produced.
Kasea & D began to create their unique music and vocals in the post Reagan pre Clinton era of Papa Bush's reign. Fighting for equal rights and justice in the streets of Bmore town and working for a Conscious existance .
Moving to Philly in the early 90's to study art ,theater ,healing and music they continued to write and create original, political, conscious music and experimental theatrical productions,
together while connecting with Philadelphia's rich musical heritage, underground art and political scene and the never ending flow of world class musicians,
performers, teachers ,and music producers and forming the core unit of musicians that makes up the Arkestra today.

On International, National and Local Stages, for over 12 years, I Yahn I Arkestra has proven itself as a World Class, Professional force to be reckoned with in both the Jam Band n Reggae/World Music Genre's.
