DESCRIPTION:
Lakes is the Bleak folk/industrial/dark punk project of Melbourne's Sean Bailey. Since 2003 Lakes has put out numerous releases via Sean's own Inverted Crux label, Quemada, Chapter Music & Pretentious Tapes. Blood Of The Grove is Lake's 5th full length and was released in Australia by excellent punk label No Patience (Vaginors, Rule of Thirds, Straightjacket Nation). Blood of The Grove has received high praise from music media including Mess & Noise and Crawlspace in Australia since being released in the later half of this year. Ears Have Ears presents the official Sydney LP launch for Lakes' Blood of the Grove.
