On the heels of releasing the brutal metal-influenced UNSELLABLE EP, Hindu Pez has returned with a new best-of disc titled SURGICAL STRIKE.

Containing original previous material, unreleased tracks, upcoming tracks, remixes and covers, SURGICAL STRIKE is an ideal collection for both people new to Hindu Pez, and old-school heads.

Released in limited physical quantities to 25 on June 16th, 2012, SURGICAL STRIKE was released via bandcamp.com shortly thereafter on a pay-what-you-want-or-nothing scale, to meet the demand for such a limited physical disc.

SURGICAL STRIKE is still available on bandcamp.com, and is now available on all major digital markets, such as itunes, spotify, amazon.com, emusic, myspace.com and coming soon, Xbox Live's Zune, Rhapsody, Europe's Simfy, Google's Android Phone market Google Play, and many more.

As a side note - hindupez.bandcamp.com is the only retailer where you can get the cover of The Smashing Pumpkins song The Aeroplane Flies High, and the only retailer you can get the entire disc FREE. Also, for spotify users, you can stream the entire disc (minus The Smashing Pumpkins cover) for free. SURGICAL STRIKE has simply been uploaded to all other major retailers to increase availability of the album.

Why should you choose to purchase the disc at all? The answer is simple : all previous Hindu Pez releases have been free web releases. SURGICAL STRIKE is a compilation, of sorts, giving you previously released and harder-to-find tracks that Hindu Pez purists might have a more difficult time finding. This disc has simply alleviated that process.

Also, with a heavy tour schedule coming at the end of this year and into next year with related projects (and the prospect of doing a Hindu Pez tour next year) any and all sales will help keep the project (and aforementioned related projects) afloat.
