DESCRIPTION:
Swift Cut presents Southern Exposure - Australian Highlining Documentary.

In February 2015, we traveled to Tasmania and The Blue Mountains to shoot a documentary on the culture, sport and communities of Highlining. We followed a group of 5 passionate guys from Australia, Canada and Brazil in their adventures in Tasmania for 10 days, where they accomplished something that had never been done before on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula.

Southern Exposure follows them as they prepare their trip, and captures their accomplishment. It documents the “Unofficial Highline Gathering” in The Blue Mountains where around 100 highliners are sharing their skills with other passionate individuals as they walk over highlines, projected over the valleys and canyons.

Southern Exposure - Australian Highlining Documentary depicts the Slackline and Highline community. Amazingly welcoming and healthy, this community and their members are passionate about their sport and more than willing to share their passion.
