One False Move was formed in late 2004, when guitarist Matt Salmon, drummer Pat Salmon, and bassist Pat Dwyer moved from Brick, NJ out to Hollywood California to attend Musician's Institute. There they found singer Andrew Williams, originally from Baton Rouge, LA. Things really started coming together in a small apartment on Grace Ave when the whole band lived under one roof. Since then, friendship and music has brought One False Move back to New Jersey in April of 06. Upon their return, they picked up a second guitar player, Mike Gurnari, to solidify the line-up. Over the last year they have been focused writing and recording their first Full-Length album. "Some Kind of Healing" is a 10 song LP which was Written and Recorded by One False Move, Produced by Peter Charell (TRAPT Bassist) and One False Move, Enginered by Peter Charell, and Mixed by Matt Thorne. The album "Some Kind of Healing" was released August 28th, 2007. But, you can purchase it through this site.
